1. Using the Service

2. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
- Trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the menus, images, and other content you upload. You grant Menuhat the limited rights needed to host, display, and operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you publish.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
- Do not upload malware or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
- Do not resell or misrepresent the service without written permission.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Where you use Menuhat to collect data from your own guests, you act as the controller of that data and are responsible for obtaining any required consents and complying with the PDPL; Menuhat processes such data on your behalf in accordance with these Terms.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, though certain provisions survive.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menuhat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الشروط") وصولك إلى منيوهات واستخدامك لخدماتها على menuhat.online. وتُقدَّم الخدمة من [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME]، سجل تجاري رقم [CR_NUMBER]، المملكة العربية السعودية. وبإنشائك حساباً أو استخدامك للخدمة، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. يرجى قراءتها بعناية.
١. استخدام الخدمة
- يجب عليك تقديم معلومات حساب دقيقة والحفاظ على تحديثها.
- أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك وعن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك.
- لا يجوز استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ضار أو مسيء، أو بطريقة تعطّل الخدمة على الآخرين.
٢. الاشتراكات والفوترة
- تُحصّل رسوم الباقات المدفوعة مقدماً وبشكل متكرر وفقاً للباقة التي تختارها.
- تتحول الفترات التجريبية، حيثما توفرت، إلى باقة مدفوعة ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل انتهائها.
- الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في الحالات التي يقتضيها النظام المعمول به.
٣. المحتوى الخاص بك
تحتفظ بملكية القوائم والصور والمحتويات الأخرى التي ترفعها. وتمنح منيوهات الحقوق المحدودة اللازمة لاستضافة المحتوى وعرضه وتشغيل الخدمة نيابةً عنك. وأنت مسؤول عن التأكد من امتلاكك الحق في استخدام أي محتوى تنشره.
٤. الاستخدام المقبول
- عدم محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى الخدمة أو بيانات المستخدمين الآخرين.
- عدم رفع برمجيات ضارة أو التدخل في سلامة الخدمة أو أدائها.
- عدم إعادة بيع الخدمة أو تحريف طبيعتها دون إذن كتابي.
٥. حماية البيانات والخصوصية
تخضع معالجتنا للبيانات الشخصية لـسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا وتتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL). وعند استخدامك منيوهات لجمع بيانات من ضيوفك، فإنك تُعدّ جهة التحكم بتلك البيانات وتتحمل مسؤولية الحصول على الموافقات اللازمة والامتثال للنظام، وتعالج منيوهات تلك البيانات نيابةً عنك وفقاً لهذه الشروط.
٦. توفر الخدمة
نعمل على إبقاء الخدمة متاحة وموثوقة، لكننا لا نضمن الوصول دون انقطاع. وقد نعدّل أو نعلّق أو نوقف بعض الميزات مع إشعار معقول حيثما أمكن.
٧. إنهاء الخدمة
يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت. وقد نوقف أو ننهي الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط أو النظام المعمول به. وعند الإنهاء ينتهي حقك في استخدام الخدمة، مع بقاء بعض الأحكام سارية.
٨. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام، لا تتحمل منيوهات المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة. تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"حسب توفرها".
٩. النظام الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص القضائي
تخضع هذه الشروط للأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. وأي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو الخدمة أو يتعلق بهما يخضع لاختصاص المحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
١٠. التغييرات على هذه الشروط
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. وستُنشر التغييرات الجوهرية على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ "آخر تحديث" معدّل، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة قبولاً للشروط المحدّثة.
